Food & Exercise Journal

I was inspired by a co-worker to start one of these... and all of the people blogging about running and working out.

So I'm going to start one. Day 1 - so far, so good. I've eaten healthy today. And I will take my walk after church (hopefully).

Let's see how long this lasts...

I'm with ya. I was watching a program this morning on how important it is to take care of yourself. And although i have heard that so often, I really want to be more healthy! So more power to ya.
