We went away and had a blast. Five girls on a road trip for 2 day and 2 nights to San Antonio. We were on a mission to watch the Spurs game. Here was our weekend in a quick summary.
- Ate at the Alamo Cafe on Friday night with the Bridges: Delicious fajitas and all you can eat tortillas.
- Saturday: Ate at Good Time Charlie's for lunch (award winning onion rings)
- Shopped like a bunch of kids let loose in a toy store at the Northstar Mall.
- Ate at Texas Land and Cattle on the Riverwalk for dinner: Yummy steak and shrimp! (Thanks to Beth's uncle for inviting us.)
- Watched the Spurs beat the Pistons.
- Played games at the house.
- Sunday: Ate at the Rainforest Cafe on the River (An experience all on its own. A little pricy, but I would recommend it.)
- A little more shopping.
- Stop at the Krispy Kreme on the way home.
- Drove home.
And now we are back...
It was fun, but I'm glad to be home.

It sounds like you guys had a fab time. The Rain Forest Cafe? Sounds really interesting.
I will live via you when it comes to going out of town. It just doesn't get to happen alot right now.
